What should you include?

Include the listing title or URL, the provider name, and what appears incorrect or unsafe. We review reports but cannot guarantee a provider’s selection or payment decision. Never send a password, Social Security number, medical record, or payment-card information.

For questions about screening, participation, or an unpaid reward, contact the research provider directly first. Providers control qualification and payment.
